Who we are and who can book

Our services are provided by Wise Bucks LLP (“Wise Bucks”, “we”, “us”), a stock-market education institute at SCO 28, Above PNB Bank, Sector 33-D, Chandigarh 160033. “You” means the person who books, pays for or attends a session or class.

You must be 18 or older to book. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking and agree to these terms for you.

Our services and fees

We offer two paid, live, online education programmes:

Live webinar

A live online session on options strategies, Open Interest, hedging and AI-assisted research, taught on historical data.

Live Online Course

₹14,999

“The Modern Trader: Options, Price Action and Automation”: live online classes on options, price action, option-chain analysis, Pine Script and automation, taught by CA Mayannk Chuchrra with a bonus class by Mukul Agnihotri, using historical market data and for education only.

Attendees of the live webinar may receive an exclusive offer on the Wise Bucks Live Online Course, shared with them during or after the session.

Each programme’s date, time, number of classes or length, platform, language and topics are on its page at thewisebucks.com. The amount you pay is the amount shown on the Razorpay checkout before you confirm payment.

Education only, not investment advice

Everything we offer, including sessions, classes, slides, notes, examples, answers to questions and WhatsApp messages, is for education only. It is not investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative or other financial product.

Wise Bucks LLP and its mentors are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as investment advisers or research analysts.

• We do not give stock tips, calls, buy or sell signals, price targets or stock recommendations: not in sessions, not in our WhatsApp groups, not anywhere else.
• We teach using historical market data that is more than 30 days old, for illustration only. Any security or index we name is an example, not a recommendation, and nothing we show is a prediction of future prices.
• We do not answer questions about whether to buy, sell or hold a particular security.
• Nothing we teach promises or guarantees any profit, return or result.

Market risk

Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading in futures and options carries a high risk of loss.

You alone decide whether, when and how to invest or trade, and you are responsible for those decisions and their results. Before making any investment decision, please consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

Booking and payment

• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, using UPI, card, net banking or the other methods Razorpay offers at checkout. Fees are charged in Indian rupees.
• Your card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay, not to us. We receive only your payment status and the details we need to confirm your booking, such as your name, email, phone number, the amount and the payment ID. Razorpay’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.
• Your booking is confirmed only when your payment is successful.
• If money leaves your account but you don’t get a confirmation, WhatsApp or email us with your payment ID. Refunds, cancellations and failed or duplicate payments are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How services are delivered

All our services are delivered online. Nothing is shipped.

• After a successful payment for the webinar, you see a confirmation page with a link to join the Wise Bucks WhatsApp group. Before the session, the joining link is posted in that group and sent to the email address you gave at checkout.
• For the Live Online Course, we share class schedules and joining links with enrolled students before classes begin.
• The ₹89 webinar and the Live Online Course classes run on Google Meet. We will tell you in advance if a platform changes.
• You need a phone or computer with a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for problems with your own device, internet connection or apps.

Rules for sessions and WhatsApp groups

To keep sessions useful and safe for everyone:

• Do not record any session or class, by video, audio or screen recording.
• Do not copy, upload, share, sell or otherwise redistribute session content, slides or notes.
• Do not share your joining link or a WhatsApp group invite. Each booking is for one person.
• Be respectful to mentors and other participants. No abusive, offensive, harassing or discriminatory language or behaviour.
• Do not promote any product, service, group, tip or investment scheme, and do not ask other participants for money or for their personal or account details.
• The ₹89 webinar’s Wise Bucks WhatsApp group is admin-only: only the Wise Bucks team posts, and only session updates. No stock tips or calls are ever shared in it. You can leave it at any time.
• Live Online Course students also get a separate students’ WhatsApp group for doubts and discussion of historical charts at least 30 days old. Tips, calls, live-market views, current charts, trade screenshots and P&L sharing are not allowed in it, from anyone, and we remove messages that break this rule. You can leave it at any time.

If you break these rules, we may remove you from a session, a class or a WhatsApp group, and may refuse future bookings. Where our content is copied or misused, we may also take legal action.

Our content and intellectual property

All content in our sessions, classes and pages, including slides, notes, charts, examples, videos and text, and the Wise Bucks name and logo, belongs to Wise Bucks LLP or is used with permission, and is protected by law.

When you book, you get a personal, non-transferable right to attend and to use the material for your own learning. You may not copy, record, publish or sell it, or use it to teach others or for any commercial purpose, without our written permission. Class recordings we share are for your own learning only: do not re-share, upload or sell them.

Changes to dates and schedules

We may need to change the date, time or platform of a session or class, change the order of topics, or cancel a session, for example because of illness, technical problems or events outside our control. We will tell you as early as we reasonably can, through the WhatsApp group, email or phone.

What happens to your fee in that case is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• We are not responsible for any loss, or gain, from any investment or trading decision you make, whether or not it relates to something you learned from us.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or opportunity.
• We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services (such as Razorpay, Google Meet, WhatsApp or your internet provider) or by events outside our reasonable control.
• For anything else we are found liable for, our total liability is limited to the fee you paid for the session or course concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Before going to court, please contact us or our Grievance Officer (below) so that we can try to resolve the issue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. The version in force when you booked applies to that booking, unless a change is required by law.
